Someone on Morning Joe today asked what Russia has on Trump, who keeps tweeting that Putin is a great guy.
The answer: everything.

Back in SDS days, we used what I remember as a Bob Dylan line when we finally determined that violent revolution was our only hope in terms of bringing an end to the Viet Nam War and bringing down those we believed to be corrupted by power:
“It doesn’t take a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.”

This referred to the fact that the Weatherman faction of SDS, by the time of the Democratic Convention of ’68, crossed over from peaceful protest to hard core action. Shortly thereafter Mayor Daley was knee-capped in Chicago.  Government facilities involved in armament manufacture were blown up.
The point is: in Resistance movements there is a watershed moment when people do far more than just march around.

Many of us who lived those days are convinced that action and pressure work, albeit slowly. But how much, how many clearly unhinged statements and actions must Donald Trump make before we do what the Constitution in Section 4 of Amendment 25 gives us the power to do?

Indubitably we do not want to trigger something on the magnitude of the Civil War or martial law.  BUT WITH EVERY PASSING DAY DONALD J. TRUMP SHOWS HIS DELUSIONAL STATE, THAT HE CANNOT TELL THE TRUE FROM THE FALSE AND THAT REVIEWING HIS ACTIONS AND STATEMENTS FROM INAUGURATION TO THE PRESENT REVEALS A PERSON WITH THE NUCLEAR CODES IN HIS POCKET who is a danger to us all.
Congress and Cabinet Heads do have a resource we never hear about, in addition to Impeachment.  This resource is Section 4 of Amendment 5 of our Constitution.

From Wikipedia: “Section 4 allows the Vice President, together with a “majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide”, to declare the President disabled by submitting a written declaration to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. As with Section 3, the Vice President would become Acting President.

Section 4 is meant to be invoked should the President’s incapacitation prevent him from discharging his duties, but he is unable or unwilling to provide the written declaration called for by Section 3. The President may resume exercising the Presidential duties by sending a written declaration to the President pro tempore and the Speaker of the House.

Should the Vice President and Cabinet believe the President is still disabled, they may within four days of the President’s declaration submit another declaration that the President is incapacitated. If not already in session, the Congress must then assemble within 48 hours. The Congress has 21 days to decide the issue. If within the 21 days two-thirds of each house of Congress vote that the President is incapacitated, the Vice President would “continue” to be Acting President.

Should the Congress resolve the issue in favor of the President, or make no decision within the 21 days allotted, then the President would “resume” discharging the powers and duties of his office.

The use of the words “continue” and “resume” imply that the Vice President remains Acting President while Congress deliberates.
However, the President may again submit a written declaration of recovery to the President pro tempore and the Speaker of the House. That declaration could be responded to by the Acting President and the Cabinet in the same way as stated earlier. The specified 21-day Congressional procedure would start again.”

Here is proof positive that the people’s representatives in Congress have agency they are too cowardly so far to use.

It is time to get down and dirty about this faux president. There is a dossier on Buzzfeed, the only outlet courageous to publish it, that has seemed highly credible to many Trump-opposing people.

Among an assortment of records of shady transactions, Putin and cronies are alleged to have videos of the President’s sexual escapades–one in particular involving his desire to defile the bed slept in by the Obamas in the Moscow Ritz Carlton. According to sources, Putin has videos of Trump receiving “golden showers” from prostitutes to fulfill his intentions and other proof of his perversions.
Some of Trump’s behavior can be understood by the light of these assertions, in a dossier effectively commissioned by a Republican, contacting a company in Washington that reached out to a credible retired MI6 agent in the UK, who in turn contacted sources in the Kremlin.  Two days ago two members of Russia’s intelligence agency were “bagged,” and removed at a state dinner. It is not hard to imagine their fate.

The Dossier is highly credible– it was leaked to Comey last summer, who sat on it until after the election.
If half of the things in the dossier are true, then the man in the oval office is a puppet of Putin, sick, woman-using, a liar, unfit to serve–and a disgusting excuse for a human being.
Here is the link to the dossier  .  The retired MI6 agent referenced in the dossier has disappeared. Trump is suing Buzzfeed, naturally. He is lying through his teeth to us all, while ruining all that defines our country– but more sinister and of greater concern:  he is gravely impaired by delusion.  Who will have the balls to step up?
